SKYWARN, ARES and RACES frequencies used for nets as needed.
I recommend programming all these frequencies into your mobile and portable radios and scanning them for calls whenever possible.
WX5FWD NWS Fort Worth SKYWARN frequencies for storm spotters to communicate with the Radio Desk volunteers
* NOTE: Repeaters with one asterisk are linked to many other repeaters. Press PTT and wait 2 seconds before speaking to allow all linked repeaters to activate. Wait at least 5 seconds between transmissions to allow repeaters to reset. The ETECS and NCTC systems are often linked together during SKYWARN and Thursday 20:30 nets.

** NOTE #1: The ARES Field Resources Manual Appendix A Wilderness Protocol calls for hams in the wilderness to announce their presence on, and to monitor, the national calling frequencies for five minutes beginning at 07:00, 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, 19:00 while in the back country. A ham in a remote location may be able to relay emergency information through another wilderness ham who has better access to a repeater. National calling frequencies: 52.525, 146.52, 223.50, 446.00, 1294.50 MHz.
*** NOTE #2: The channels at 3.997 MHz and 53.30 MHz may be used in emergency areas when required to make initial contact with a military unit and for communications with military stations on matters requiring coordination.
I also recommend reading the Considerate Operator's Frequency Guide and familiarizing yourself with the "gentlemen's agreement" about use of frequency allocations.
